Sallieu Sesay is a seasoned media and social science development professional with over ten years of experience in advocacy, media policy, governance, and public accountability. 

As Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at UBA Sierra Leone, he excels in strategic communication, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement.

Harriet Mason is a seasoned Communication, Public Relations, and Advocacy Professional with a rich background spanning over 15 years. With a passion for effective communication and a drive for promoting causes she believes in, Harriet has established herself as a proficient strategist and leader in her field.

Her career journey began in 2005, when she served as Producer and Presenter at the Moyamba District Children’s Awareness Radio until 2009, using media to inform and inspire young audiences. 

James A. Kabia is an accomplished communications strategist with a track record of designing and implementing high-impact, data-driven strategies for leading development agencies, including the UN Capital Development Fund, UNICEF, among others. Currently Communications Specialist and Project Officer for the Freetown Blue Peace Financing Initiative Project with UN Capital Development Fund.

Theriyeh Koroma-Nenneh is a passionate feminist advocate and seasoned Communications Manager at the Children’s Rights Innovation Fund (CRIF), where she leads strategic efforts to challenge donors and the philanthropy sector to resource young people more flexibly and sustainably—while building intentional, trust-based relationships with them.

As the Founder and Team Leader of Feminist United Sierra Leone and Allies, Theriyeh champions a bold, unapologetic approach to dismantling systemic barriers to gender equality and women’s empowerment.

Alpha Daramy Sesay is a seasoned, committed, and results-driven communications, advocacy, and public information expert. Popularly known as “Daramy,” he has built and maintained strong brands for new and emerging organizations in the West African sub-region and is recognized for his ability to manage and prevent organizational crises.

With over a decade of experience, he has worked with the United Nations, government institutions, the public and private sectors, and both local and international NGOs. 

Makalay Saidiatu Sonda is a feminist-activist, gender expert and communications professional whose work intersects at girls’ rights advocacy, women’s movement building and youth development.  

Also an  agricultural extensionist and a lecturer at Njala University who dedicates her time to not just teaching but research, community service and development-oriented projects.  

Alfred Fornah is a communications professional with a proven track record in public relations, advocacy, and development communications across government, the United Nations, international organisations, and youth-led initiatives, including co-founding the youth-led Society for Climate Change Communications.
