Joe Winston Scott-Manga is an accomplished Communications Specialist with over 15 years of progressive experience spanning communications, journalism, media development, and public affairs. A well-rounded professional, he has received extensive training from both national and international institutions, equipping him with the skills to craft and execute impactful communication strategies.

Driven by a deep passion for media and strategic communications, Winston currently serves as Head of the Public Affairs and Tax Education Unit at the National Revenue Authority of Sierra Leone, where he leads initiatives that enhance public engagement, transparency, and stakeholder trust. He is particularly interested in roles that bridge communications with public policy analysis, leveraging his expertise to inform decision-making and promote effective governance.
